Cave of Imagination (For Children)

Every Thursday at Beit Nimeh in Birzeit, the Palestine Writing Workshop hosts children in a magical place that opens up a world of potential and creativity:

Cave of Imagination

For an hour every week, we invite the children of our community (ages 4-7 and 8-11 years old) to join us for imagination and fun. A story teller unfolds a world for our imaginations, through both oral and written stories, with children as well as challenges them to imagine and create.

Through Cave of Imagination, we work to support a love of reading and writing as well as develop a lively imagination in the children of our community. The younger children engage with the stories and create related crafts while older children create and share their own stories, orally or by writing books. It's truly an amazing and magical experience!
